ORDER TIME:

 

We will endeavour to begin installation within 3 weeks of your order being placed.  There are of course variations on this depending on locality, and whether installation is in a new or existing home.

 

 

DRAINAGE:

 

The turntable’s concrete pit is fitted with a drain outlet in the majority of situations.  It is quite acceptable to treat the turntable pit as the storm water collection point for the area if desired.

 

 

COUNCIL:

 

Advice has been received that Council approval is NOT required.  On the other hand, the intention to include a car turntable in a home design can actually have a positive influence on Council’s approval of your house plan.

 

 

INSTALLATION TIME:

 

Normal installation will require 3 to 4 days, to allow for base preparation, base pouring, and assembly of the unit.  No crane is required as all components are easily positioned by hand.

 

 

SERVICING:

 

Very little of the system will need any attention, particularly in the first few years.   However, checks and adjustments are recommended after that.  If conducted by Adelaide Vehicle Turntables, a small service fee will apply.

 

ELECTRICAL

 

All electrical work will be carried out by a licenced electrician, from source, to control unit, and to the turntable.

 

 

 

 

WARRANTY:

 

If used as per ratings and instructions, we provide a warranty for a period of 2 years against failure of any part of the turntable, or associated components and control equipment.
